Covered and open roundtrips through the small canals and under the bridges of Giethoorn and a part of the nature area De Wieden. The trip through the most tourist part of Giethoorn takes about 1 hour. This trip can be sailed in all seasons of the year, unless when it is freezing.
On all the trips is an educated boatman / guide (who speakes netherlands, german and english).

Standard the tour is performed with covered boat. In the summer all windows can be opened. All the canaltourboats are heated in the cold days.

Electrical wheelchair, scootmobil, disabled or just sligthly walking difficult.......... The canalcruise boats of 't Zwaantje are accessible to everyone ........

Canal Touring Company ´t Zwaantje has 5 canal touring boats:
If your group is too large than the maximum mentioned persons per boat, a second or even a third canalboat will make the tour at the same time.

• With elevator: traditional canalboat with heating and elevator accessible to all kinds of electrical wheelchairs and other guests with a disability
  
• Gieterse canalboat: wooden oak boat with heating, cosy seats with tables and a toilet on board (max. 47 persons)
  
• With extra large lift: traditional canalcruise boat with heating for persons confined to a wheelchair or other disability, max. 48 persons, this is the only electrical driven canaltourboat of Giethoorn
  
• Open canalboat

Rondvaartbedrijf Zwaantje Giethoorn´t Zwaantje is the only adress in Giethoorn where the canaltourboat is accessible for all kinds of wheelchairs.

Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter a canaltour is made with enough participants (min. 4 persons).
Departure at the whole hour, for example 10.00, 11.00 a.m. etc. For groups is it neccessary to make a reserveration. To prevent disappointement (trip full, no tour because of to little amount of persons etc.) reservation is requested for your indivudual tour.
