The boat taxi Giethoorn is the new service over water performed by and start and ending at Canaltouring Company the little swan ('t Zwaantje) Giethoorn. 

Departure is next to the Connexxion busstop Center Giethoorn (Dominee Hylkemaweg 1) also the Tourist Information Point Giethoorn; embarkment is also possible at the public parking Bartus Warnersweg at Dominee Hylkemaweg 37.

The watertaxi stops at the the different museums, shops but also nearby the supermarket, tourist information office,  busstop public transportation and at request to your hotel or B&B address. 

Boattrips are performed by the big, covered, closed boat and / or open boats depending the weather and crowds.

At the starting point ('t Zwaantje) it is possible to rent a boat to drive yourself, renting an electrical bike or canoe. For more information check the website of 't Zwaantje. Also you can find nearby the Ecowaterliner the bus boat from Giethoorn to Blokzijl 

You can purchase a day ticket from the captain and hop on, hop off at every stop during the dayschedule as oft as you like. 

Heavy suitcase? Don't feel like walking a mile from the busstop? Take the taxiboat with the single trip ticket. Purchase in the watertaxi.

Price single ticket B&B center Giethoorn €5,-- per person.  Dayticket Hop on hop off €17,50 p.p. (only valid on regular route) 1 round tour €7,50 p.p.
